This 46 year old patient came to us wanting to address both the tone and texture of her skin as well as the pigmentation. This groundbreaking system uses radiofrequency energy to create controlled tissue damage to stimulate the production of new collagen. The microchannels created by Infini Genius microneedling extend to the deeper layers of the skin, absorbing customized serums applied following the treatment.

Unlike laser treatments, microneedling can be performed on skin of all types and colors. What’s more, there is much less downtime after microneedling than with laser treatments.

During the same treatment, she also has the LaseMD performed. The LaseMD skin resurfacing treatment is a gentler approach that requires little or no downtime and is ideal for patients with busy lives who want to refresh their appearance. The tradeoff is that it usually takes 2 or 3 treatment sessions to produce optimal results. Unlike the CO2Re procedure, which uses an ablative fractional laser, LaseMD is a non-ablative, 1927 nm Thulium laser that delivers heat below the skin without cutting it or causing it to bleed or blister. As the tissue heals, the microdamaged skin sloughs off, revealing fresh skin. LaseMD can be used for all skin types.
