This was a younger female who was displeased with the apparent lengthy effect of her nose, as well as the dorsal fullness that was apparent, and wished to have a "cuter" nose.  I recommended she undergo a formal dorsal reduction, with osteotomies (fractures) to reposition and reset the nasal  pyramid in a more subtle, less prominent fashion.

This was performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure, which required splinting for 5 days, but from which the patient otherwise recovered well.  The patient was very pleased with the results, and was able to return to full activity within several  weeks (these post-op photos are from approximately 3 months post-op).  Please contact our office in Denver or Golden Colorado if you would like to schedule your consultation today.
