This 62 year-old woman returned to our office several years after having undergone an breast implant exchange and mastopexy, to inquire about her options to rejuvenate her face in general, especially in the neckline areas.  Indeed, she had a fair amount of sun damage and skin laxity due to gravity and general aging, and was especially bothered by her “turkey neck” effect.
