This 52 year-old woman with earlier signs of aging (subtle jowling, slightly lax neck, some descent of mid-face malar or cheek fat) came to me interested in a mini-facelift procedure.  She had had light laser treatments, Botox and/or dermal fillers in the past, but I told her she indeed was a candidate for a short-scar facelift, to address the above concerns.  She also had undergone a rhinoplasty in the past, but her nose had been retraumatized, with some deviation of the dorsum to the left.
