Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 613

This 46 year-old female wished to address her moderate upper eyelid skin redundancy, which made her look somewhat tired most of the day.  Although I advised her that she also had a fair amount of "brow ptosis" (or drooping) contributing to the hooding of her lateral brow areas, the patient wished to undergo the simplest surgical approach with a minimum of downtime. 

For this reason, she underwent an  upper blepharoplasty only,  from which she healed quite nicely; these photos (from 3 months post-op) demonstrate a "cleaner" upper lid effect, which should last at least 5-10 years (although she may wish to return earlier than that for a lower blepharoplasty, and/or a brow lift).
