Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 582

This very nice 44 year-old  woman (with a great South African accent) had already undergone a breast augmentation revision, and then returned to address the heaviness of her upper eyelids, and the fact that she felt she "looked tired"  all the time.  I advised her that, as is often performed in and around Denver, an eyelid lift with fairly aggressive resection of upper eyelid skin (and a more conservative amount of fat) would nicely rejuvenate her upper eyelids, exposing the natural crease (along which a majority of the incision hides).

This "upper blepharoplasty" was performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia with light "conscious sedation" in the surgery center, which she tolerated quite nicely, and with a very natural-appearing result.
