Breast Reduction Before & After Case 678

This 30 year old female presented to us after having 2 children (whom she breast fed) and chronic back and neck pain, including exacerbation of her scoliosis issues, from a 36DD bra size. She also wished to have her asymmetry addressed. It was recommended she undergo a moderate breast reduction during which the nipple would be significantly reduced and lifted. Ultimately, approximately 478 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast, and 390 from the left, to leave her much more balanced in a C-cup range, and with good relief of her symptoms (photos her from approximately 1 month post-op).
