44 year-old woman who presented with gradual enlargement and ptosis (drooping) of her breasts following delivery of her only child 16 years prior (before which she was a C-cup, currently wearing a 36DD bra size).  She wished to have better balance and more upper breast fullness, but also to remain relatively large, however (in the C/D range), so I suggested a formal mastopexy.  She underwent removal of approximately 245grams of tissue on the right, and 210grams on the slightly smaller left side (approximately a cup size each side).  Photographs are from approximately 1 month post-op.
