This 40 year old woman sought plastic surgery for large, somewhat asymmetric breasts, with associated symptoms such as chronic lower back pain, and should discomfort with bra strap indentations.  She wore a 36DDD bra size, which had increased with each of her 3 children, as well as with mild weight gain (20 pounds) with age.
