Case Details
This 45 year-old woman had minimally breast-fed only one child and already was a D-cup, but wished to be lifted an balanced, including in the upper pole area. For this Dr. Steinwald recommended smooth, round gel implants (280cc) in the submuscular position, with a concomitant lift. (She also underwent a dorsal rhinoplasty at the same time; breast results are shown here at approximately 6 weeks post-op.)
