Breast Lift Before & After Case 11922

This 46-year-old female had saline breast implants placed years ago, but felt the implants were too large on her chest. She initially was interested in implant removal and lifting procedure, however after thorough discussions with Dr. Matthew Freeman about the lack of breast tissue she would be left with as well as her personal goals, she first underwent a 15 minute saline breast implant deflation under local anesthesia where her implants were determined to be approximately 400cc on each side. After seeing her chest without the implant volume, she decided to move forward with a smaller moderate profile 255cc smooth round silicone implant and a lifting procedure for her tissue laxity. She is shown here approximately 4 weeks postoperatively. She is thrilled with her perkier more symmetric breasts in a more reasonable size.
