Breast Lift without Implants Before & After Case 541

This is a 48 year-old woman who had previously undergone an abdominoplasty through our office, who was now interested in addressing the ptosis (or drooping) of her breasts.  These had gradually enlarged from a B-cup to a larger C-cup during adult life, especially after having delivered and breast fed two children, and she was particularly dismayed about the "deflated" appearance of her breasts.

I recommended a standard mastopexy (breast lift) with a limited inframammary transverse incision (she also underwent  liposuction of her lower back and thigh areas at the same time.  She recovered from these procedures very quickly and was back to normal activities in several weeks (photographs are from approximately 8 months post-op.)
