Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 836

This 45 year-old woman had undergone saline breast augmentation via the nipples approximately 20 year prior (and soon after had delivered a child). She had started at a B cup, the 250cc implants brought her to a C cup, but now later in life she was closer to a D/DD cup and felt that she no longer wanted her implants. Therefore, since she now had plenty of her own volume, it was recommended that she undergo explantation and breast lifting to get her back to a C-cup range.  She tolerated this nicely, and is seen here at 4 months post-op.
