Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 11510

30 year-old who had saline implants in the 250-300 range placed approximately 9 years earlier (with periareolar or "donut" mastopexies), and experienced fairly sudden spontaneous collapse of the right side not long before presenting to our office. She wished to remove the implants outright and work with what natural breast tissue she had. I advised her that should probably had a C-cup of her own, and therefore the implants were removed with partial capsulectomies to shut down the pockets (drains were also used), and a proper "anchor-pattern" mastopexy/breast lift was performed. The patient did quite well, shown here at 1 month post-op. If you have similar implant issues and live in or near Denver, a breast revision with possible explantation may be right for you as well.
