Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 11303

This is a 54 year old, 5'3", 130 pound woman who previously underwent a breast augmentation without a lifting procedure. She had 530 cc implants placed by another surgeon and after surgery, she felt that her breasts were too large and unattractive. Although she had no scars from a mastopexy (breast lift) procedure, she did not like her breasts. Dr. Vath performed an implant exchange to give her more balanced sized breasts and, most importantly, a mastopexy in order to improve the shape of her breasts. While the breast lift created scars, it is clear that the appearance of her breasts is much more attractive after the mastopexy and implant exchange than it was prior.
