This is a 53 year old, 5'8", 145 lb. woman who had breast implants for many years and wanted them removed. She understood that she would have a somewhat deflated appearance after removal, but was accepting of this. As it turned out, she was very happy with the natural appearance of her breasts after implant removal. Some women that have breast implant explantation undergo a breast lift at the same time in order to achieve a perkier breast appearance.
