Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 884

This 29 year-old female who had lost a fair amount of breast volume (especially in the upper poles) after breast-feeding 2 children, wished to be back in a B/C-cup bra size range. I advised her she would be best-served by smooth, round silicone gel implants in the submuscular position. She indeed selected Mentor 325cc moderate-plus profile implants, which were placed via the inframammary fold incisions under short (1 hour) light general anesthesia. She did very nicely, with the first set of photos from approximately 2 months post-op, but then she was back for something else almost exactly 2 years after surgery, demonstrating excellent implant stability and retained shape.
