Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 666

This 22-year-old woman had been researching  plastic surgeons because she had significant developmental asymmetry, characterized by an A cup, relatively underdeveloped breast on the right, and a drooping, fuller B cup breast on the left. She was understandably concerned about this asymmetry, and wished to have fuller, balanced breasts bilaterally. I advised her that she would definitely need a lift on the left to manage her excess skin and low-lying nipple position in this challenging case, but that a straightforward breast augmentation alone on the right would likely suffice. She therefore underwent breast augmentation  with the newer-sized Mentor silicone gel implants, 325cc on the smaller right side, and 235cc on the left, with a moderate lift. The patient was very happy with her early results (here seen at 4 months), but was advised that the implants would continue to settle into an even more natural-appearing result with time.
