Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 659

This is a 22 year-old mother of a 4 year old, who had lost a fair amount of pregancy weight and had developed some early ptosis (drooping) and loss of superior pole fullness, as well as some skin laxity issues (stretch marks).  It was advised that she could either to with saline or silicone implants, since she already had a C-cup bra size (and therefore good potential implant coverage), and that a moderately full implant should restore her superior fullness to a degree, as well as provide some nipple elevation. 

She indeed elected to proceed with a  saline breast augmentation, with 300cc implants placed via the inframammary fold in the submuscular position.  (Photographs are from approximately 1 month post-op).
