Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 599

This 34 year-old Denver woman is 5' 2" and approximately 95 pounds, wearing a 34A/B cup after having had 2 children.  She wished to be in a fuller C-cup range to help combat her post-partum involution. 

She had mild asymmetry with a slightly fuller left breast, and wished to work with saline implants, which I advised would allow for flexibility with respect to adding fluid on the smaller side to compensate for any volume discrepancies.  We therefore placed smooth round saline filled implants (R = 375cc, L = 325cc) under the muscle, through the inframammary fold bilaterally.  She recovered nicely, with minimal downtime (photographs are from approximately 5 months post-op.)
