Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 12065

This vibrant 51 year-old female came to see Dr. Cunningham to discuss a mommy makeover. She had previous saline implants in place that she felt were too large for her frame and was bothered by sagging breasts and excess skin of the abdomen. Prior to surgery, Dr. Cunningham deflated her implants so that she could see what her breasts would look like without implants as well as determine the size of her new implants. She selected smooth, round, 255 cc moderate plus projection implants which were kept in the same submuscular pocket. She also underwent a breast lift, tummy, tuck, and liposuction of the lateral chest and flanks. She is shown before and approximately 6 months after her procedure.
