Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 10941

This very fit 43 year-old woman (who had delivered 2 children) had always been a smaller A-cup, and now that she was done with childbirth (and back to her ideal weight range of 115', standing 5'7"), she wished to be much larger, in a full C if not small D-cup range.  I advised her that she was a good candidate to have silicone gel implants placed via the nipple areas, as they were on the larger side with excellent pigmentation demarcation.

This indeed was performed as a brief outpatient procedure.  Moderate-plus (slightly more projecting) smooth, round 375 implants were placed under the muscle via a peri-areolar incision.  The patient healed very quickly with respect to resolution of swelling, as well as normalization of nipple appearance/sensation (these photos are from 1 month post-op).
