Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 10940

This 27 year-old mother of 3 from Illinois had breast-fed each of her children, and now that she was done having children, she noted a large degree of "post-partum involution", reducing her from a small B-cup (but a maximum of a C cup during pregnancy) down to an A-cup at present.  She was quite fit (5'5", 112 pounds) and wished to be in a smaller C-cup again.

I advised her that due to her thin tissue coverage, she should definitely consider gel implants placed under the muscle.  This breast augmentation indeed was performed via an inframammary approach, whereby 275cc moderate-plus profile silicone implants were placed.  These photo represent her result as of 2 months post-op; the implants are expected to soften and descend with time.
