Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 683

This patient is a 41 year-old local health care professional who had delivered 2 children approximately 20 years earlier, one via C-section.  She also breastfed for 2 years, going from a B cup to a D cup, and then "deflating" a fair amount.  As is common with other women in and near Denver, a "Mommy Makeover" is essentially what she was seeking. 

She was quite healthy non-smoker, and so I advised her that combining an abdominoplasty with a silicone gel breast augmentation would be well-tolerated.  She subsequently underwent the placement of smooth, round gel implants in the subglandular position (to elimininate the need for a lift, as submuscular implants tend to sit higher), and a drain-free abdominoplasty.  She did very well, with photos here shown at almost exactly 3 months post-op.
