Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 621

This fairly petite (5'0", 115 pound) 36 year-old woman had delivered 4 children by C-section, and predictably was left with very lax skin and musculature.  I advised her that even though she was quite thin and had relatively minimal lower abdominal tissue redundancy, her upper abdominal laxity would allow for aggressive re-draping, and that her bulging belly button could be much improved with cosmetic tacking down/re-contouring, to make it more of an "inny".

A tummy tuck was performed. The patient tolerated both procedures quite well in the surgical center, and had dramatic improvements in the appearance of both her belly button as well as abdominal wall contour in general (these photos are from approximately 9 months later).
