Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 553

This very fit young mother (34 years old, approximately 5'6", 120 pounds) was interested in a Denver-area "Mommy Makeover" of sorts.  Specifically, she wished to address the lax, hanging skin of her lower abdomen, as well as her breasts (via a mastopexy).

With regard to her abdomen, even though she may have been a candidate for a mini-abdominoplasty (where the belly button is released and repositioned lower on the tummy wall), she had just enough upper abdominal skin excess to allow for a much more aggressive full tummy tuck, which was able to much better contour the entire abdominal wall, up to her rib cage area.  She tolerated these two procedures nicely, with minimal downtime (these photos being from approximately 3 months post-op).
