This is a 37 year old, 5'0," 140 pound mother of 2 who wanted to increase her breast size from a B cup to a full C/small D cup, as well as to address the loose skin and lax muscles of her abdomen. She underwent a Mommy Makeover consisting of an extended tummy tuck and a breast augmentation.

For the breast augmentation, she chose 340 cc, smooth, round, low profile silicone gel implants which were placed in a subglandular position via an incision in the breast crease. The tummy tuck incision that typically runs from hip bone to hip bone was slightly extended to address all the loose skin that carried over onto her flanks.
