Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 11366

This is a 41 year old, 5'5", 175 pound woman who was bothered by her tummy and her breasts after having children. She was the perfect candidate to benefit tremendously from a mommy makeover by Dr. Steven Vath. Despite the prominence of her tummy, her issue was not having excess fat as much as having loose muscles and skin after the stretching of pregnancy. This patient had a particularly lax musculature creating an imbalance in her physique which is especially appreciated on her side and oblique views. The tummy tuck flattened her muscles and tightened her skin in a natural, attractive way. She also underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) to improve the contour and perkiness of her breasts. She did not opt to have breast implants and her own natural breast tissue was elevated and reshaped to create more attractive breasts.
