Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 11307

This is a 36 year old, 6'2", 252 lb. woman who complained of tummy rolls and unattractive, deflated breasts. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and a breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexy which is an areolar lift. The tummy tuck created a much better abdominal contour and attractive, natural belly button. She had breast implants placed (800 cc high profile silicone gel) to help fill and round out her breasts along with another small procedure called a Bennelli areolar lift to achieve better nipple and areolar position. The Bennelli procedure has very particular indications: a low nipple and areolar position without any true breast sagging. This creates a scar limited to the edge of the areola, however it does not actually lift a sagging breast and therefore does not replace a true breast lift. This patient was a perfect candidate for implants with an areolar lift.
