47 year-old patient seeking a body lift after moderate weight loss, but still up in the high 190-range (also had delivered 2 children ). She had undergone liposuction in the 1990s but was frustrated by the persistence of her mid-section fullness despite honest attempts at diet and exercise. It was advised that a circumferential "belt-lipectomy" or body lift would be her best option at this point.
