Arm Lift Before & After Case 631

39 year-old woman who lost approximately 80-90 pounds was seeking a plastic surgeon serving Denver and Golden, Colorado. She was interested in abdominoplasty, breast lifting and a Denver arm lift/brachioplasty. She was advised she was an excellent candidate for each, but that her lax skin of her upper arms would require skin excision to obtain the best recontouring results possible. She underwent a combination procedure of an abdominoplasty as well as bilateral upper arm brachioplasty (to keep the procedure under 5-6 hours), which she tolerated very well. The results of her arm lift are shown here at approximately 1 month post-op (her scars continued to improve up to a year post-op).
